The following form is to be used for submitting surnames to LGGS for inclusion in the online surname database.

When submitting surnames, only capitalize the first letter of the name (Ex. Shimkus, not SHIMKUS)
Submissions may take one-two weeks to be processed and made available online.
You only need to submit your surnames once. For inquiries, send your email to surnames@lithuaniangenealogy.org
